熱封膜的性能要求有哪些？

  熱封膜就是熱封用的塑料薄膜。熱封用塑料膜有以下幾個(gè)重要的性能要求：
（1）熱封起始溫度要低，以適應于高速自動(dòng)制袋充灌機的使用要求；
（2）熱封用塑料膜應有良好的耐寒耐熱性；
（3）熱封強度要高；
（4）熱間剝離強度要大，即：熱間剝離距離要小，這就是說(shuō)在熱封時(shí)，因機械拉力等的作用，已經(jīng)熱封了的部分，被重新剝離開(kāi)的部分要很??；
（5）要有良好的夾雜物熱封性，即：熱封面被油污灰塵污染仍有良好的熱封強度；
（6）動(dòng)靜摩擦系數應在0.2～0.4之間，以便于粉狀和粘性液體的充分足量的灌裝；
（7）具有良好的耐破包裝物。
